The Jersey Bat Group will be in attendance at the JSCPA Fun Day! Date: Saturday 28th April, Time: 10:00 until 16:00, Where: Royal Showground (RJA&HS), Trinity. For the third year running the Jersey Bat Group will be participating in the National Nathusius’ Pipistrelle Project.  Site selection and methodology for the local project will mirror the BCT guidance documents in order for the Jersey results to be comparable with the UK data. Nathusius’ pipistrelle is considered rare in the UK but may simply be under-recorded. It is often found at large water-bodies, particularly during its autumn migration period (BCT).
