Join the Jersey Bat Group!
We are a small group of bat enthusiasts with a variety of experience, by no means all bat experts!We would love to do more to spread the word island-wide about these fascinating creatures and help protect them, but we need members that would like to get actively involved.
For example, if you like meeting and chatting to people and can spare some time at a weekend now and then, you could help with our occasional fundraising and bat awareness stalls. You will be happy to help set up a stall at, say, an RJA&HS show, chat to people during the event about their experience of bats, giving them information and leaflets and selling batty items, and packing up the stall at the end. You can also get involved in finding new and attractive bat related items to sell!
