Join the Jersey Bat Group!
We are a small group of bat enthusiasts with a variety of experience, by no means all bat experts!
We would love to do more to spread the word island-wide about these fascinating creatures and help protect them, but we need members that would like to get actively involved. If you enjoy relaxed evening walks you could help organise and/or act as a guide at the public walks that we offer from time to time. To learn the ropes, you could start by joining the members’ walks that are held approx. monthly during the active bat season and by acting as a guide at one of the public walks we offer. We will be providing a training session during the winter months for those interested in helping next year but you can join us now to start learning …..
