Louis Pearson from Andrews Ecology has agreed to come over to Jersey to run a one day course on surveying trees for bats following the Bat Tree Habitat Key protocols. The training will run from 9am until 5pm and the morning will consist of theory work on how to identify potential roost features as well as how to conduct a survey followed by an afternoon field session putting everything learnt in the morning into practice!

The course is booked for Sunday 28th February and there are a maximum of 15 places available.

This should be a very interesting course and will be extremely useful for anyone wishing to get more involved in the woodland project.

This course is now fully booked!
