11th June 20:45 – Bat Walk
Jersey Bat Group will be holding a public walk on the evening of 11th June starting at 8.45 p.m. at Jardin d’Olivet (above Bouley Bay). Parking is at the main Jardin d’Olivet car park (off of Chemin d’Olivet, which is the first right hand turn off of Route du Bouley)
The walk is free (although donations on the day will be very much appreciated!) and people should have sturdy footwear and bring a torch, and a high-vis vest or similar if they have one.
There will be bat detectors to borrow, and bat members will be there to answer questions. And there will be refreshments afterwards. The walk is expected to last one hour, but may be longer if there are lots of bats about!
